How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalogue, select the strength and quantity you need, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete checkout as a guest or create an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer (SEPA), and cryptocurrency. Bank transfer and crypto payments receive a 5% discount automatically applied at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS, and we never store full card details on our servers. Card processing is handled by certified payment processors.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available on every order. An account is optional and lets you track orders and re-order more quickly.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and selected destinations worldwide. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Europe takes 5–10 business days. Express delivery takes 3–5 business days. International shipments typically arrive in 10–20 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number you can use on our Track Order page or directly with the carrier.
What if my package is delayed?
International shipments can occasionally face customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Europe: €30 standard or FREE on orders over €199, €45 express. Rest of world: €60 standard, €80 express. Costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Privacy & Discretion

Is my order discreet?
Yes. All orders are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of contents on the exterior. The sender name on packaging does not reference pharmacy or medication.
What happens to my personal data?
We collect only the information needed to process your order. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. We operate in line with GDPR — you can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Do you keep records of my purchases?
We retain order records as required by accounting and tax law. Beyond that period, records are deleted.

Are these products genuine?
Yes. All products are sourced from licensed manufacturers, and we maintain batch documentation. If you ever have concerns about a product you received, contact us and we'll address it.
Do I need a prescription?

Returns & Issues

Can I return medication?
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed pharmaceutical products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Contact us via the Contact page. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship at no cost or issue a full refund.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately. Address changes are usually possible within 12 hours of order placement, before the parcel leaves our facility. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
